Scott Cooper is a Principal for InveniasPartners and is based in the firm’s Chicago office.  As an integral part of the firm, Scott’s practice is national in scope and focuses on providing executive search and talent advisory services to large, integrated health systems, payer organizations, academic medical centers, and physician group practices.  Throughout his career, Scott has partnered with clients such as Providence St. Joseph Health, University of Missouri Health Care, Scripps Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida, Prisma Health, Johns Hopkins Medicine and many others to identify, recruit and retain top talent.  In addition to leading client engagements, Scott manages the firm’s research department, overseeing a team of analysts and senior associates.

He has led several new and successful initiatives including a comprehensive employee wellness program, implementing an annual management cycle that integrates strategic planning, capital planning, operations planning, performance management, and talent management, as well as decertifying the California Nurses Association to maintain the only non-union health system in California.
