InveniasPartners Names Nationally Recognized Health Care Leader, Joseph E. Fournier, as Vice Chairman and President
CHICAGO, March 28, 2019 - InveniasPartners, a leading health care executive search and talent advisory services firm, is pleased to announce that Joseph E. Fournier, JD, MHA has been elected Vice Chairman and President. He joined the firm as a Partner and Chief People Officer in 2018.
Joe is a nationally recognized, health care leader and military veteran with significant expertise operating large and complex organizations. He has deep experience leading transformation, developing leaders and guiding workforce planning to provide safe, affordable, outstanding service to patients, customers and communities. Prior to joining InveniasPartners, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer of Intermountain Healthcare. Before joining Intermountain, Joe held executive leadership positions at the University of Michigan Health System and UMass Memorial Health Care, respectively. During his tenure, he led both systems through significant change and transformation. Earlier in his career, he was an accomplished in-house attorney, general counsel, and US Air Force officer.
